The Pink Coat Ceremony was created by Women In Pre-Med, Inc. founders, Alexis and Alayah Collins, in the summer of 2022. Inspired by their vision to celebrate and empower young women pursuing careers in healthcare, the ceremony was established as a meaningful tradition to recognize the dedication, perseverance, and aspirations of future healthcare professionals.
